S'MORES BARS

8 TO 10 WHOLE GRAHAM CRACKERS
(about 5 iches X 2 1/2 inches)
1 PACKAGE FUDGE BROWNIE MIX
(13-inch x 9-inch pan size)
2 cups MINIATURE MARSHAMALLOWS
1 cup (6 ounces) SEMISWEET CHOCOLATE CHIPS
2/3 CUP CHOPPED PEANUTS, WALNUTS OR PECANS

Arrange graham crackers in a single layer in a greased 13-inch x 9 inch x 2 inch baking pan.  Prepare the brownie mix according to package directions.  Spread over cracker.  Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpic inserted near the center comes out clean.  Sprinkle with marshamallows, chocolate chips and peanuts.  Bake 5 minutes loger or until marshmallows are slightly puffed and golden borwn.  Cool on wire rack before cutting.  Yield:  2 Dozen

To modify this recipe slightly, it would be recommended to make a graham cracker hard base by adding butter to the graham crackers and pressing onto the bottom of the pan.
Might make it slightly easier to spread the brownie batter.
Also, you might exchange the peanuts for peanut butter chips.
