My granddaughter is the light of my eye. She lives in Michigan with her mother, Marcie. My granddaughter's name is Rachelle Rose.
Even though we live in North Carolina now, my granddaughter visits me every summer. This past summer she stayed with my husband, Fred, and I for seven (7) weeks.
We went to the beach often, played on the computer, completed a few arts and crafts projects (showed her how to make handmade Christmas ornaments), watched movies and many other activities.
I miss her very much. She is in the 4th grade now and plays soccer and basketball. She is also in the girl scouts. Her mother is a troop leader.
