4-6 DROPS SPEARMINT FLAVORING
4-6 DROPS YELLOW FOOD COLORING
PREPARATION
COMBINE CREAM CHEESE AND POWDERED SUGAR. ADD FLAVORING AND COLORING, MIX. KNEAD UNTIL PIE DOUGH CONSISTENCY IS ACHIEVED.
TAKE TEASPOON SIZE PORTIONS AND ROLL INTO BALL SHAPES; COAT WITH GRANULATED SUGAR. PRESS IN MOLD CAVITIES, TRIM OFF EXCESS WITH A SPATULA. UNMOLD AT ONCE AND ARRANGE ON WAX PAPER.
REFRIGERATE IN AIRTIGHT CONTAINER. SERVE AT ROOM TEMPERATURE. MAKES 35-40 MINTS.
